About me
I am a friendly and passionate individual who enjoys a healthy lifestyle and positive mentality. I enjoy motivating other people to train and improve their lives.
When I was younger I enjoyed partying and socialising that meant going out often drinking, having a bad diet and hardly doing any exercise. Over time I felt unfit and my confidence dropped, I realised that I wasn't happy and needed to change my lifestyle. I decided to stop my unhealthy drinking habit and bad diet and started training more regularly. I always had an interest in fitness and a natural instinct to help others but never actually put that into practice. So, in 2013 I decided to step up and signed up for a fitness course for which I gained my Personal Training qualification. I achieved my personal goal and I was able able turn my life around. My mission is to be able to make people feel better about themselves, improve their fitness level, weight management, inspire them to achieve their goal and gain confidence.
